My System: Zone1, DSI8215 SkyHD, Thomson DSI4214, TF5000CI, Dreambox DM800 HD PVR - Nab BH0.12, TM-5200D, Gibertini 104cm, SNH-031, 36v Actuator, Vbox-II, 42°E to 30°W, Sling Media, Televes H45 Digital Processing Analyser, Satlook Micro+G2 NIT, Rover SDM 1s

Hi tebaa,

Depends on your spend of course. For a dish, the Gibertini 100cm would perform well enough for the usual satellites or an FR Penta85. If money is growing on your tree, then an ASC/Channel master may also be an option.

My System: andrews dish - jaeger 1224 motor, vantage x221tsci, skystar 2, diablo v2.3, cyfra+

well receiver wise you could look at getting a dreambox ?

dish wise its up to what you want to spend and whether you have room for a larger dish as a gibertini 1.2m on polar mount would be a nice choice.

Well the Gibertini 100cm performs slightly better than a Triax 1.1m or as said the Gib Op120 1.2m aluminium dish would be a nice purchase. Polar mounts are available for either dish. Again, it depends on your spend as you have to budget for a motor etc.

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me.

Much lighter as well, I believe. Shame I didn't read your sage words before acquiring my TD110: Not that it underperforms, but it is jolly heavy to manhandle during installation

A lot lighter. Size wise their almost identical, but for weight and performance I'd opt for the Gibertini 104cm every time
