problem with signal on some satellites

I got a motorized 1.1 triax installed a few months back, which is connected to my dreambox 500s. The signal is perfect on hotbird, astra 19.2, astra 28.2, etc, But hellasat 2, thor at 1 west and 16 e the signal is not the best. On the dream box the ber rate goes up a bit and can lead to a bit of freezin and i sometimes have to manualy move the dish to get the best picture. Digi tv on 1 west is very bad but the canal nordic channels are sometimes not as bad. I cant understand why this is as in my ma's house i have a motorized 88cm dish installed years and i can get evrything no problem. On the dish i noticed the lnb was turned half way round . I turned it back straight and manualy turned the dish from the reciever which made hellasat, thor ect worse , althogh it had little effect on astra, hotbird etc. Any help would be great.

My System: Zone1, DSI8215 SkyHD, Thomson DSI4214, TF5000CI, Dreambox DM800 HD PVR - Nab BH0.12, TM-5200D, Gibertini 104cm, SNH-031, 36v Actuator, Vbox-II, 42°E to 30°W, Sling Media, Televes H45 Digital Processing Analyser, Satlook Micro+G2 NIT, Rover SDM 1s

Possible dish/motor movement. Some LNb's have the connector skewed at 45° for zero skew. Might be worth getting it checked out for alignment.
