Sky Italia Cards

Hi all,

I have just received 3 x Sky Italia Cards and 3 x Sky Italia PACE decorders.

My question is "How are these cards activated?"

Regards

Sounds expensive !

Have you tried sticking the cards in the receiver and waiting.

Someone should answer for definite soon otherwise call marconi digital and sure they could tell you.

Depends on how did you order these packages.
I think that they are usually activated by the seller.
Just connect the receiver, point dish to Hot Bird 13E and then insert the card. Select one of the channels in Sky italia and hopefully they will open.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

As far as I know you need to phone Sky Italia to get them activated.

Ok thanks guys,

I think Rolf is going to end up being correct as I've had the cards sat in their homes all day and no joy as yet.
I'am going to give it until tomorrow morning then make an effort to contact the seller.
Yes it was fairly pricey but they have great EPL coverage.

I will update the post when I have found out for sure how these cards are activated.

Thanks again for your time.
