receiver & satellite help?

After Greetings

There is a dish installed in it (nilesat) with two outputs for two places.

In the next side
two receivers with the same name (Hivion 9090fta) for both places.

Now the problem is:
(when you switch on one receiver (only one of both) , most of channels can't open untill switching on the next receiver)
which it mean I can't watch all channels if one of the two receivers switch off

How can I solve this problem?

Best Regards
Ahmed Hassan

sat problem

hello i saw this.
are you sure the lnb in new and has 2 outputs?
or did the tech use a single output and and split the signal?
if the installer used a single and split the signal it will not work.
if the lnb is old it may be difective.
take the boxes and swap them put box 1 in box 2 possion and box 2 on box 1 possion.
if the symptoms stay the same the lnb is defective.
make sure in the menu of the boxes the lnb power is turned on.
if the lnb power is off on one box it will take the other box to activate the other box.

keep us informed
