Today in Swansea we had a bit of wind (not massive) and you can guess what happen (which my wife was not impress cause she was going to watch a program) the sat system went off. Now signal strength on all the sat are like only 16%. Could that be cause by a break of the cable? So I guess other call out now :-(

Most likely thing is that the dish has moved slightly.

What kind of setup do you have? You say signal on all the sats is 16% does that mean you have a motorised system?

sorry for the long delay in reply yes it is a motorise dish and it suddenly work later. God been so busy these last few weeks, only now manage to start catching up on the net.
