Aston Xena 2000

Anyone got this receiver or read any review about it?

I am thinking of buying it as it seems to be a really good receiver but i haven't heard anything about it.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

I had the Digiquest Pro 2000 (Similar I believe) and thought that it was a nice receiver, but probably no better than a lot of others around at the moment

I was considering buying it a while ago, and still have the Wotsat review somewhere. I'll look it up and either give you a synopsis or send it to you via the forum.

Its now quite an old receiver, but can be patched for use with a funcard

Be careful as the firmware programming sequence has to be done to the letter or you will end up with a dead set top box

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness"
