Just Bought A Motor

Hi All

I have just purchased a JAEGER SUPERJACK DG-120 DISEQC MOTOR to go with my:

SkyStar2 PCI DVB
BigSat 8000 Deluxe
80cm Dish
0.6db LNB

Now i have 2 recievers i wish to connect, obviously only one can control the motor, but how do i connect them all together. cant really use the loop through as the recievers are in different rooms.

So do i need a twin lnb and run a 2nd cable or can i split the signal elsewhere?

As the loopthrough is a single cable, running between rooms should not be impossible, but it is probably better to drive the dish with just one receiver and have a twin LNB on the dish

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

Sounds like good value.
