My System: TM1500CI+ Motek 80cm. 3 other Dishes.
Maplin Dish Motor

Has anyone an opinion on the motor in the current Maplin Catalogue?

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

I don't like them and not good to setup , that is of course my personal opinion though.

Have a look for the Moteck SG-2100, in my opinion the best at the price, set up another one yesterday with a Novus budget receiver, stored Thor 1W, set the USALS coordinates and it zipped around the other satellites without having to make one adjustment..

Moteck SG-2100 best of the bunch that SatCritics tested. I'm well satisfied with mine. As Rolfw states, easy to set up. take a look at
