Manhattan OR technomate receiver ?

I am thinking buying a Manhattan Skyline 3000 / Technomate 5000 CI receiver

I wanted either of the 2 as a 2nd receiver and bcos they both have USALS. They are almost the same price.

Which of the is the best?

cheers
