My System: Technomate TMS-1500 CI+ "patched" receiver, 90cm p/f 36v motorised dish, Inverto C120 0.3db LNB, Moteck V-Box 2, Packard Bell 6052 XP Home computer, Toshiba A60 laptop, and lots of Russian Vodka !

Of course it can, as you should be able to pick up most channels with a 60cm.
Give it a go and let us know how you get on.

Not really, try your old receiver first and see what you can find.

Ok please tell me in a much detail as you can exactly what I need to do this. what I have a the moment is a sky midi dish, Sony sky receiver, and a viewing card (which is useless as I don’t subscribe to sky) is there anything I need, also if I wanted to scribe to x plus TV how would that work on my current receiver.
Sorry I really know nothing about this.

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

You cannot do anything other than watch Sky channels, or free to air channels with the digibox. If you want to subscribe to a channel, you need a receiver with a card slot and integrated multicam.
