Is my motor Broken ?

I had my system installed over the weekend.

80cm Dish, 2100 Moteck Motor added to my already bought Humax 2000.

Up untill late last night everything was working perfectly.

That was until i scanned Arabsat 26.5 (I think it is).

It is now stuck there. I can't hear the motor moving. The Humax says the motor is moving so I am assuming it is sending the message to the motor.

It is stuck on ARABSAT now until my engineer comes round which is friday.

Does this sound like the motor or has anybody experienced anything like this with there Humax 2000 ???

Cheers

Paul

Hi
A month or so ago i had the same problem with my Moteck motor.
emailed manufacturer who said to try reset under the motor.
You need a thin metal rod to probe the button.
Once i did this i re scanned all satellites and it has worked ok since.
It should tell you hoe to do this in the supplied manual.
