Exclamation Types of Satellite Dishes ?

Plz can any one suggest me types of satellite dishes available in market and also plz tell me which dishes r better for c and ku band reception .......
im using 8 ft fibre dish in gaddani, pakistan (near karachi) .... and i receive most of the hotbird channels ........
plz tell a gud material other than fibre .... which can be smaller in size or has gud signal quality to receive hotbird here in pakistan .....

and u all have done a gud job by mainting this forum site .....

Well to be honest only someone from your approximate area will be able to help you with an answer to your question. I would point out that most likely there is a metal reflector embedded in your fibre glass dish, there is in mine.
