Signal Strength

I have recently set up a system using an old Uniden 75cm dish with a new inverto 0.3 LNB, a moteck sg2100 motor and a Technomate 1500ci. I initially had a few problems with my dish moving as it was on an S shaped bracket and a bit springy plus living on the coast we had a bit of wind which seemed to disturb things a bit. But all sorted now.

My question is with this set up what sort of signal strength is good.
On Thor I get about 81% and Hotbird about 79%, is this good, bad or indifferent?

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

The signal strength on digital receivers is not calibrated and only meant as a guide, but those figures seem about right.
