Dish tweaking

I have a new dish ready to put up when its warmer, the wind dies down and it stops raining.
So having read about dishes being buckled I tested my new one with bits of fishing line. Well the result, its out by 1 to 2mm.
The question is do I go mad tweaking it so that its perfect everywhere or am I wasting my time?
Will it make any difference?
I will be going from a 70cm dish to a 90cm dish.
By the way its a 90cm Aluminium Gibertini.

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/13E/16E /19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

If you are going to be using it on the powerful sats it wont make any difference if its a bit warped. Ive got 2 that were bent double when I got them. One in use on 13E, the other on 5E, I straightened them up best I could, but theres still warps in them. They do fine for the main birds.

I would like to pull in the very best signal from everything.
With my 70cm dish I get around 90% signal strength.

Well I have gone mad tweaking.
Very simple solution:-
1.Put dish on best dining table which is flat (out of sight of she who must be obeyed).
2. Loosen the nuts that hold the bracket to the back of the dish.
3. Push down on rear of dish.
4. Re-tighten nuts.
Job done.

Best of luck mate. . But you are starting off with not a bad antenna.
A comprehensive reception report in the pipeline to look forward to then

Seriously - the more of these we get, the better we will all be able to chew over advise and compare in the future.

Can you arrange for some nice dry sunny windless weather.
Then I will go up the ladder and sort it.
