My System: Technomate 1500CI+ and Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-HD-S2 on a 104 cm motorized dish and Humax HDCI200 on 90 cm motorized dish.

The Russian channels are weird ones they are MPEG-4 so you need an HD reciever or a PCI Satellite card packing a MPEG-4 decoder on the PC.

I can get 40e booming in for Uzbeki TV which Compaireable to Astra 2 here in the UK for signal quality and Studio 100 on my 1.04m but nothing Russian.
