!!Help!! Need a sat signal finder. (Loaned or Hired) in UK

Hi

I have almost spent all day trying to get my dish to align to 28.2E, but no luck.

I need to know if there is anybody out there who can loan me a satellite signal finder, either free or at a small cost. I live in the Midlands, UK.

I can’t be asked to folk out £70+ to get some professional to re-align my dish, so any help would be greatly apprenticed.

Unless somebody has any idea how to align my sat dish to 28.2E cheaply.

Any help here would be fully apprenticed as to where I can get a loaned/hired sat signal finder.

Many thanks

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

With your standard 60 cm dish, adjust the elevation so that the face of the dish is almost vertical, then move round to the east a small amount, you should be near enough on 28.2.

We have a small swinging needle sat meter that we lend out for a £10 donation plus return postage, but you can buy one for yourself for only £24.50 + P&P from http://www.digiboxes.co.uk/
