My System: ouralis evo3
dish size

hello I just moved to the stafford area and want to view tv cabo from Portugal on hispasat, I have a dish from sky and would like to know if it will be alright or will have to use another dish, its not yhe smallest dish its the oval one.

The minidish (I assume) would work, but not well, you'd be better off getting an 80cm dish and a decent LNB ad you need to set the LNB skew to something that the minidish can't do...

Also, most dishes are oval, it's just whether yours is wider than it is tall or not which determines it's name as a Minidish...

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

You can buy an 80cm dish from one of our advertisers for around £50 to include an LNB.
