My System: Dreambox 7020 Dreambox DM500 Sky Thomsom Digibox StrongSat FTA Reciever 80cm Dish + 45cm Dish via Disecq A/B. |
Once again my hotbird dish went slightly out of alignment in the storms recently, it finds a signal but cant lock. Shall i just buy a sat meter and try it myself or? also is it likely this is disalignment or the lnb is gone? the lnb is perhaps 1 year old universal

Blog Entries: 3 My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum. | I've found that it is relatively rare for LNBs to go, it is probably just alignment. A simple little satbeeper meter should do the trick.
