My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Did you set the DiseqC setting for Hotbird in the satellite/LNB menu?

I'm making the assumtion that you have a DiseqC switch and only have a single cable coming into the receiver .

You have to go into the LNb/satellite setup menu Ronn, not sure about what the menus are called on the strong, but you need to enable DiseqC on the second LNB and call it 2 or B, then you should be able to see the second sat.
