how much cable run have you got as wf125 or ct125 is much better cable for long cable run if its below 30metre use some wf100 cable

Can't say I've noticed any difference (I've used both). Same specification. May be better to use a higher spec cable (CT/FT125) if you have a long run.

ct100 or h109f what it is called now is rubbish well not rubbish just used on sky systems

you want to change it to some proper good cable like wf100 or wf125 or even rg6 not the ally foil version the proper copper on copper stuff used

satcure sells WF125 cable in 100m reel for 60 quid _http://www.satcure.co.uk/accs/page8.htm#WF125

rolfw and other members can advise more

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

For 20m you shouldn't really need anything bigger than WF100 or CT100. With the huge loss that you mention in the other thread, it is more likely to be a defective cable, or a bad meter reading. The difference in loss over 20m between WF100, made by Belden and the Belden G11 1.55mm core cable mentioned above, would only be a couple of DB at the highest frequency, and I doubt if your installation is that critical.
