Dish Setup Questions - what you would go for

Ok here is a little questionairre type thing about what setup you would go with. This is created for people to share there views on what system to go with, also allows noobs to get an idea of what setups to go with. all posts are welcome

Dish type

aluminium, steel, fibre or iron?

Ideal Dish size

60cm, 80cm, 85cm, 90cm, 1m or 1m+

What setup

Motorised or multiple lnb?

Receiver type

Technomate, dreambox or other?

Did you find it easy to set up?

Yes, no or i got somebody in to do it

My preference would be steel dish, 80cm, motorised, dreambox 500-s (or 600 or 7000 model if you can afford it), not fully set up yet

this i feel is a very good questionaiire for what some noobs might ask, if anybody has got anything else you think should be included in it then i can add more questions.

no an 80cm will be fine for those but you may want to choose a 1metre version instead
