What is Left & Right polarization & how to receiver them? Can I receiver them from the same LNB I'm using to get V & H polorizations? If it is, how?

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/13E/16E /19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue

Left hand circular and right hand circular polarisation.

No you cant use a normal H/V lnb - you need a circular polarity lnb and a receiver that can cope with circ polarity too.

(Actually to be strictly accurate yes you can use the wrong type lnb although the results are spectacularly poor! Ive tried it! )

Hi kav4

Are you looking at C band (3-4 GHz ) or Ku band (10-12 GHz)?

Put you teflon disc in feedhorn mouth, and try to auto search, Apply H & V as L & R .
