I`ve got dreambox, gemini image, various cams I`ve updated keys through
hacksat updater, but I am still limited in channels that I can get.

I must point out that I am using standard S*Y dish pointed at 28.2?
Is it possible to get kids jetix boomerang? .
or Hallmark.?
I am getting my head around it slowly but please someone enlighten me further is it possible to decode S*Y.
Sorry for the vagueness of the question its late....

My System: I bet on red. If I lose, I double the bet on red again. I continue with this until I lost everything.

Hi

Next time it might be better to post your question in the Dreambox section (if you are posting it in the receiver section at all). Other than that, there is nothing on 28.2 that a normal FTA receiver won't get. To watch the whole 28.2 FTA stuff you will need to get a freeview card (costs about 20£). If you really want to get good use of your Dreambox get a motor or turn your dish to another satellite which has open chanels.

P.S. Please fill out your system details, makes it easier for others to help you

Yes, to decode Sky, you have to phone them up and ask for a card and pay them money every month.
With the right software the Dreambox should be able to read it.

There is no hack for sly.

Edit: Moved thread to Dreambox general.

thanks guys

Thankyou for your replies Im just starting to find my feet here.
I just wanted to take things one step at a time and getting connected with the dreambox was a start and ftp`ing and all that stuff.
I have bought another dish hopefully I will set it up at the weekend
I was considering hotbird 13E to start with then possibly adding more lnbs
as my experince grows, ultimately getting a motorised system.
Your comments are more than appreciated

If you intend to go motorised, you might as well start off by mounting a perfectly vertical pole in a location that will give you a good view of the arc. Using a short length of scaffold pole and a pair of T&K brackets as your dish mount.

Personally, once you have 13E sorted out, I would go straight to motorised.
