Question Help in connecting a USB card reader

I've been trying these last few days to connect my Infinity USB card reader to my DM800 but no luck. It lights up the blue light which means: "ready, but no card". I execute the dmesg in Telnet and it appears to have located it. These are the last lines after the dmesg command:

"usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using brcm-ohci-0 and address 3
brcm-ohci-0 brcm-ohci-0.0: GetStatus roothub.portstatus [0] = 0x00100103 PRSC PP
S PES CCS
usb 2-1: default language 0x0409
usb 2-1: wrong descriptor type 32 for string 3 ("?")
usb 2-1: new device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
usb 2-1: Product: Infinity USB Unlimited
usb 2-1: Manufacturer: WB Electronics
usb 2-1: SerialNumber: ?
usb 2-1: hotplug
usb 2-1: adding 2-1:1.0 (config #1, interface 0)
usb 2-1:1.0: hotplug
hub 2-0:1.0: state 5 ports 2 chg 0000 evt 0002"

I've tried in the CCcam.cfg file by adding the command "SERIAL READER : /dev/usb/tts/0 smartreader+" but still nothing. The CCcam entitlements info panel says: "no or unknown card inserted"(but with a card in the reader).

Any help or ideas are welcomed.
Thanks

Rato, I seem to remeber this topic some time ago. I'm sure you need to use infinity card reader with a USB to serial converter. So you don't connect the USB on the infinity at all. The simple converter lead costs about £10 . Also I think you need to set up the infinty in windows so it defaults to phoenix mode when connected via USB to Serial. Once you've done this your CCCam.cfg line should do the trick. Also, be sure you've got USB drivers enabled in your image.
