patch the built-in Dreamcrypt smartcard reader

Is there a way to patch the built-in Dreamcrypt smartcard reader of dreambox receivers into irdeto2 so that to receive channels broadcast in irdeto2 system?

If you are asking if its possible to get Irdeto2 for free on a patch of some sort then no it isnt. You need a gamma card and the appropriate files for it.

I mean to get Irdeto2 legal from a provider and use legal Irdeto2 smart card, not hacking. Is it possible?
