Installation Help

My motor isn't picking up astra 28. Could anyone tell me how to get it to work and find satellites. I am using a dream box 7020 and find it really difficult to sort this problem.

Thanks for all your help.

There is a total lack of information supplied by you as to what you can receive, what installation you have, who did it, do you have line of sight? etc etc

More detail required in order for anyone to help, you could of cours help yourself by going to the motorised setup tutorial
