DM800, Gemini v4.1, CCcam v2.0.11 & S*y card in internal reader

Hi,

I have a dm800 running gemini v4.1. I am attempting to use a UK S*y card in the internal card reader.

I installed these drivers:

dreambox-dvb-modules_2.6.12-5.1-brcmstb-dm800-20090310-r0_dm800.ipk

i downloaded CCcam v2.0.11 and edited the config to the following:

This is all I have in my config file:

#
WEBINFO USERNAME : *****
WEBINFO PASSWORD : *******
#
SERVER LISTEN PORT : 12000
#
SHOW EXTENEDED CLIENT INFO : no
#
WEBINFO LISTEN PORT : 16001
#
OSD USERNAME : *******
#
OSD PASSWORD : ********
#
SHOW TIMING : yes
#
SOFTKEY FILE : /var/keys/SoftCam.Key
#
AUTOROLL FILE : /var/keys/AutoRoll.Key
#
STATIC CW FILE : /var/keys/constant.cw
#
#CAID PRIO FILE : /var/etc/CCcam.prio
#
PROVIDERINFO FILE : /var/etc/CCcam.providers
#
CHANNELINFO FILE : /var/etc/CCcam.channelinfo
#
LOG WARNINGS : /tmp/warnings.txt

F: user1 pass1
C: 127.0.0.1 12000 user1 pass1

Now that doenst decode the card. No NDS encrypted channels clear.

Any idea on what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Should work without editing the config file with latest second stage bootfile. I use the new drivers in my DB8000 with no problem.

Might sound silly but did you reboot after installing new drivers ?

Also, try deleting all key related files from keys and scce folders. Anything installed by a keys package could screw things up for you.

Also the C and F lines you have to connect to yourself are really not needed.

Are you running the image in the flash, USB or HDD ?

You need to updated the flash image and then do a hard restart.

I also know of someone with the same issue, he is running his image on the HDD.

For me works fine with latest Oozoon in flash and Nabilo on USB

Hi,

I found the problem. I had not restarted the DM800 after I installed the updated drivers for the internal card reader. Everything is now working.

CCcam v2.0.11 via the internal card reader is reading my S*y card with HD and sports subs. Newcs and MGcamd did not clear the s*y sports channels.

Great... Now to share to my other DM800.........

Thanks to everyone.
