Looking For Channel Lineup For...

I am trying to sort the channels out into easier chunks for each satellite/provider, for example;

Sky UK, I've sorted the channels in order as they are if using a Sky digibox, also found the correct lineup for Sky Italia too, now i'm wanting to do the same for german, french etc.. , still not know what i mean??, well this is an example of what i've done for Sky UK;

BBC 1
BBC 2
ITV 1
Channel 4
Five
SKY 1
SKY 2
SKY 3
G.O.L.D
and so on....

same with Sky Italia (using the order i found online);

Rai Uno
Rai Due
Rai Tre
Retequattro
Canale 5
Italia 1
La 7
MTV Italy
and so on....

I am hoping to do this with the rest of the channels/satellites/providers..

can anyone help me out here??? thanks
