deleting channels permanently from 500s

monthehoop!

i want to delete the channels so my sons cant access then accidently. i delete them manually but they keep appearing back. by looking at other threads there is something in 'expert setup' i need to tick or untick. the trouble is i dont see that option on my box.

heres the otions i have:

You cant delete them permanently - each time you rescan the frequency they are on they will reappear - simply because the box will see them as new channels.

Best way to stop them reappearing is to delete the frequencies concerned off the frequency list, then they cant come back (unless someone does a manual frequency scan )

You might want to enable the parental lock options as well.
