Digital alb..(super sports)card with debian

Hi to all.i am a newbee to these things...i have managed somhow to build a linux based pc running debian 5...i have bought a digital albania supersport card and wish to connect it to my server...i have another one(art)running with a phoenix card reader...the problem is that i cant connect it with another phoenix reader...what frequency best to run digital albania card??these are my settings
