My System: i have a dreambox 500c and 1m motorised dish
PC CCcam server Wont read N lines. Help!!

I have just constructed a clarkconnect PC server running CCcam. All is working well. However when i put an N line from a peer it wont be read. Its not even showing that there is an N line inside Cccam.cfg

Where do i put N lines in PC servers? i dont have a card reader installed. I read my cards with a dreambox using Newcs.

I really need this Pc to read N lines from the dreambox.

Please help

Hi welcome to the forum. Your problem here is most likely that you failed to stipulate where CCcam read the config file from when you started it.
You need to investigate the available switches when you start CCcam from the command line.

For example I think it is -C to stipulate the location of your CCcam.cfg.

If C lines are working then you have a problem in the actual N line or it does not match the newcs.xml user details.
If this is your own NewCS server then check the user details via the web interface or in the /var/tuxbox/config/newcs.xml file. Make sure the user entry matches your N line.
