A few questions before flashing db500s

can somneone answer these questions regarding flashing a db500 over network.

1. When I am flashing via dreamup lan/flash wizard pro do I only need to connect an ethernet cable between box and router? or is there any other connections needed?

2. how do I find out the ip of my router/pc and box?

3. is it possible to download keys via any add ons in the control panel if im connected to the internet?

Yep, you only need to connect your dream to the router by an ethernet cable.

To have your router ip, you can use "ipconfig" windows command on a telnet session. You'll be able to find your router ip after the command answer, at voice: gateway.

After, you'll have your router and dream ready connected and you'll know much better as your linux receiver works, maybe you could ask again for this answer
