sometimes when i boot my hydra angharad image, esp if the box has been plugged out for sometime, the logo has a purple vertical stripe through it, and it does not boot. also has this when i used lucien. image is in flash.

any suggestions how to fix this? really dont want to program all sat positions , etc, again ...

My System: Dreambox 7000, Skystar2

I had some rubbishy stripes on the start-up image when I'd goofed up my box.

Do yourself a favour. When you do get it fixed, back the whole thing up with FlashWizard Pro V4.0 or 4.5. It really is sooo easy to do, and it will save you hours.

Sorry that this doesn't really help you!

You will have several options as to what to backup - if you have loads of space on your HDD then try a few and see what suits you.

Everyone I know has to set their box up again - and find the sats - every time you do it you get better and quicker if that's any help ;-)

Don't think so. Not used it.

FW4 performs a complete image backup and includes everything AFAIK.
