Unlocking dreambox pin code

Hello, haven't been here for a long time.

I have this kind of question, for some reason my dreambox menu has been locked with a pin code when trying to open the setup and plugins windows.
The image is the latest gemini on dreambox 5620.
Is there any way to know or unlock somehow the code without erasing the memory?
Thanks.

My System: Dreambox 7020S; DBox2 DVB-C; 1.1m Triax twin LNB for Astra & Hotbird; 90cm Sky dish for Hispa; 4-way Diseqc

Did you set up a parental lock???

If there is a backdoor, the Gemini team/ the developers would have it

My System: I bet on red. If I lose, I double the bet on red again. I continue with this until I lost everything.

Muhuhuhahahahahaaaaarrrgggh

You have a parental lock set up that also locks the setup and plugins. Just go to the parental lock menu and unclick the setup option. If you forgot your pin then just install a new image.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

LOL, I think that that one would work on most flashable receivers though.

Dad might be a little miffed though when he arrives home to find his fully loaded DB has a new image, no EMUs, no Keys, no plugins and he has to find all of the satellites again.
