The Usual Places for Dreambox Files

I've started this thread and will make it a sticky.

I have heard the phrase many many times, "You can find it at the usual places", many people, particularly new members, may not know where the usual places are, or may not be using the same usual places, or the right usual places and perhaps the usual places in the idiot guide are out of date.

So if the members who know where the usual places are, are happy to note down the URLs and perhaps explain what is available there, this would really be helpful.

Excellent for DB images, emulator info and other DB misc downloads. Up to date as well.

_http://www.sat-key.org/
Good SAT all rounder, DB files, CAM files, Emulators, Key packs, pretty quick off the mark, free to download, some popups, but not too bad.

_http://laurals.net/
DB and other boxes info, software etc, not as upto date, but I've checked it all, handy info here.

_http://www.oecher.gmc.to/include.php?path=start.php
Foreign site, easy to navigate though. I found it quick to get the latest predator release, without having to search on the forums. Is some DB stuff, but aint checked it out.

Last but certainly not least, IHAD. Register, its worth it. File database is extensive.

THANK YOU! I don't have anything to contribute, but this thread is like manna from heaven for new dreamers such as myself. At least I think it is. Next step is figuring out how to use them

I've gotten so incredible sick of the general "if you don't know already, we're not going to tell you" thing that cover some "controversial" aspects of DB's.

Hi All,

Here (apparently) is the latest location for the CroSat Upload Centre (as emailed to me by the admin), Dreambox section:

_http://www.digital-target.org/upload/filemanager.php?PHPSESSID=d5d74c5c1a98c7fc48600ee0 2b3c9bf6&direction=0&order=mod&directory=DreamBox% 20Zone

At the mo there is no login required and it seems free from all the spam and popups that the old site had (so far!).

Find here: Images (including fully loaded fwz multiboot backups), Emus, Settings lists, Addons, Plugins, Keys, etc.

Hi All,

The 'Open' period at new Crosat seems to be over. It is now necessary to re-register/register and log-in in order to view and download the files. The URL is still as above once registered.

Best wishes, John.
