I had a look at this but never been able to get the hang of it. I installed it on my DB 7020 but it doesnt appear in the drop down cam menu in the the blue button menu. Does any one know where you can get a talk through of this emu as i hear every one talk about it in hushed terms but cant figure out why-mainly cos i dont know how to use it. Anyone willing to help? | ||

G Box is generally used for card sharing and for the viewing of sky cards. Its not in the download menu, but can be installed manually. That is how I upgraded mine. I have a how to somewhere on my laptop, so if your still interested in installing it I could have a look for it for you.

My System: Dreambox DM7025 + 90cm Fibo Dish with Moteck SG2100A mod + Inverto White 0.3dB lnb + 55cm Philips Gregorian + Stab HH-120 + modded BGSat 0.3dB lnb | I dunno what the big fuss is about Gbox, apart from the fact that it is not 'public' - it must be because it is seen as 'exclusive'. Tbh, it is not even the best emu out there - personally I find mgcamd/newcs runs much better and is easier to configure. | ||

My System: DB 500s Gemini | Hello everyone, This is my first post here. Can someone please help me installing and configuring gbox for cardsharing. I have a DreamBox 500S with gemini 3.40 image on it. I have the host info with password and all that to which I want to connect, but I don´t know how to make it work. It´s for Arabesque channels on hotbird 13e. Please anyone tell me step by step how to edit Gbox (or any other better), and enter the server info so that I can watch those channels in my dreambox. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (4.6E/5E/13E/16E/19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA (with dragon cam), Coship CDVB 2300A, Fortecstar Lifetime Ultra, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S, 2250kb  The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue | Gbox isnt supposed to be discussed on public forums. Dunno what all the fuss is about personally - its a crap bit of s/w which either doesnt work properly, or needs weeks of work tinkering with to get semi operational.
