Dreamview problems

I have the dreambox 500 with the gemini version 3.5. For streaming I use dreamview which I find it very fast and good. Lately I am having problems with pixelations. The picture is all green and broken. I have reformatted the computer but I still have problems with dreamview.

I had to start using dreamstream. The video is good but it is slow when I am changing channels.

Has anyone encountered the same problem with dreamview, i.e. pixelations and all green.

yes,,but i keep resarting the program a few times till its ok
