CCcam 2.0.11 C Line Tuning

This is how my Ccam.cfg looks like.

C: mydns.net 61300 4digitnumber sixdigitnumber yes

It freezes every two minutes on all non FTA channels. Is there any way I can fix it.

DM500-S with Gemini 4.2 and CCCam 2.0.11

How far away from the local cards are you? What are your ecm times? Is it happening on all encryption types.? In my experience you need a constant ecm time of less than 0.7 ms for NDS encryption.
Could your internet connection be dropping out periodically?

Most likely if your on a paid for server is that its overloaded ie too many clients

The server is in another country as I know. Like 40-50KM. I dont know how to find the ecm times. It is happening on all encryption types. All non FTA channels are behaving like that. Internet connection is excellent at my end.

Would i be right in assuming your paying to connect to the server you are using?

Its more than likely the person you are sharing from has a poor/overloaded server or you are only getting hop2 & 3 cards.

There isn't anything you can do to stop this by changing the lines

The only thing i would change is this

C: mydns.net 61300 4digitnumber sixdigitnumber yes

Change to

C: mydns.net 61300 4digitnumber sixdigitnumber no

I've stopped using Gemini so i cannot remember exactly how you get it to display the esm info on screen.

I think its in the expert setting or in one of the sub menus

Its something like ecm+expert or something like that. You just make sure its ticked and it should show the info on screen with the channel info.

I've also edited your dns on the post above just incase it was the real one

C: mydns.net 61300 4digitnumber sixdigitnumber yes
As already suggested change the yes to no.

A couple of other points are 4digitnumber is not recommended as anything less than 5 can cause a mismatch CCcam has a flaw with this.
I would recommend a combinations of letters and numeric's

Secondly add { 0:0:2 } after the no to limit the number of hops that receive cards from, 2 hops away is stable, much more causes problems.

Here is an example of what you should do.

C: mydns.net 61300 5digitnumber sixdigitnumber no { 0:0:2 }

if he changes C: mydns.net 61300 4digitnumber sixdigitnumber yes to

C: mydns.net 61300 5digitnumber sixdigitnumber no { 0:0:2 } how will he be able to connect as 4digitnumber is his username for the server and the fline on the server will be F: 4digitnumber sixdigitnumber. This would need to be changed also

Correct who ever gave the C line would have to change the F line at there end.
I am merely pointing out a known bug and trying to make users aware.

My System: DM 500s. 95cm dish 0.1 best LNB Dark motor 1.3

I dont think he is still around reading lol. I would also use a filter line, if you are on a static dish add in filters to thin out the other cards. I use a massive amount of numbers after the "no" in order to filter out fakes and expired cards.

On another note if you are using a payserver then you should look in to other methods. everyone knows pay servers are big no no, scamming gits!

Thank you everyone. It is clear to me how CCcam works. I have come to the conclusion that it is best not to use these pay servers.
