Reset password without TuxCom or Flash

Is there any way to keep all my settings on my dreambox and reset only the password. Someone locked mine and I dont have the password.
I tried downloading TuxCom but after downloading I press Yes to install it and I am getting the following message "addon install not successful". The same happens when I try to download and install anything e.g. a cam or a cam-config.

Is there any workaround?

try agin after reboot never seen such problem before. Which image you are using??
