Need loader for DB 500s

Here is my case. I need a loader for my dreambox 500s
that loads files to dreambox with out the internet.
I have no broad band or DSL to speak of just dial up. I have DCC tools
but only have been sucsesful loading digital kaos image
viva dream up. I understand that I cannot use the other loader's
on DCC because I do not have a LAN conection to the inernet.
I tried to load sat file and other's thru dream up but no luck
When I try to open file up from computer it will not work(I have unzipped it).
The digital kaos file was a img type file. that one worked with dream up.
But the other files I opened up, extacted, unzipped. they are not img type different
ones that do not up load. What can I do? If I can load this sat file then I can start testing with
real FTA. The satellites in there now are useless to me cause I am in USA-NE.The sat file I extracted is in XML form ok then.

You MUST connect your box at least to your LAN then you can FTP install packages to the tmp folder and install them from there. Without this its pretty much impossible.

Copy the ipk file to the temp folder of your dreambox via FTP.
Then telnet to your box with "telnet ip-of-your-dreambox".
e.g. "telnet root@192.168.100.200".
Unless you changed it the password is dreambox
Then type "ipkg install /tmp/whatever.ipk" and press enter
Obviously replace whatever.ipk with the name of the file you copied.
