Well assuming your sky dish is pointing at Astra 2 at 28.2/5 East then you will get the freesat channels and nothing else. were you expecting more?

As Topper says, its an FTA (Free To Air) receiver. Its also a low powered computer (compared to your PC). Thats where interest is for a hobbiest, if your in to that. There's plenty of info in the Dreambox section.

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue

If you have a sky subs card you will get exactly what the card is authorised for nothing more. If you are expecting to magically get all the channels for free it doesnt work like that.

Analoguesat's message to the world
Analogue forever!
