PC user.

Have you shared a folder on your PC?

Can you please post a screen grab of your mount manager menu.

You should be inputing the IP address of the PC, NOT the dreambox.

Also, you shouldn't mount directly under /mnt. Create a directory under /mnt called hdd if it doesn't already exist. Then mount to /mnt/hdd. (LocalDir =/mnt/hdd).

Can you run the following command on your PC and post the contents of C:\ipconfig.txt here.

Code:
ipconfig > C:\ipconfig.txt

I was wrong, I realy put the ip of PC.

I find a text in this forum named " manual do ZENET" and the author says to create a new user in the PC. Do you know that manual?

below my ipconfig
C:\Users\birdo>ipconfig

Configuração IP do Windows

Adaptador ethernet Bridge de rede:

Endereço IPv6 de local de ligação : fe80::dd20:5c9d:9c64:6a1b%20

Your PCs IP address is different in the above post to what it says in your screen grab. 192.168.0.188 instead of 192.168.0.190.

It may have changed since the original post though.

Otherwise, its very hard for me or anyone else to trouble shoot a problem for someone when I cant actually test things on your network for myself.

All I can say is. I and others have covered all this before. Just use the search function to find the old posts.

thanks to compufunk
I appreciate your help
I make a mistake when I send the print of communcation setup.
The Ip was the IP of DM500s instead of PC.
As you know with the DCC - WEBIF-config- mount manager-we can experience the PC connection.
I try many times with differents values and nothing.
But a thing I wonderd was :- is necessary or not to create a new user in the PC ?
many thanks
