Multiple video output from 1 dreambox

I need to have all 3 tvs around the house wired up to the dreambox, i dont need an independant signal for each, just the same channel on all tvs for when i move between rooms.

I tried using the composite and scart outputs simutaemously but the image on screen dimmed. If i buy a 3 gang scart adapter is it like to dim too? do i need some kind of amplifiction?

Anyone tried this?

Thanks

I take it that the Dreambox doesn't have a modulated RF output then?

As that wouldn't work too badly.

Yes, you can't run three devices from one scart directly, it would need buffering.

It appears Maplin, do a 4 way Composite video/Audio splitter, doesn't say that there's an amplifier inside, but since it needs power, I'd assume that it's amplified.

why buffering?

Found out a scart distributor is what i need, bloody expensive.

Yes, it needs buffering because 4 devices together would present a load of 18.75 ohms instead of 75 ohm, causing you not to get enough voltage. Using passive splitters would cause a similar problem.

If you have an old vcr you can scart connect your dreambox to vcr and than output the vcr with RF (coaxial cable).
