dreambox 500 not get horizontal signal ? i try other reciver with my dish work good but the dreambox 500 in last day some time work with horizontal signal and some time not work what is the problem ? | ||

My System: Dreambox 7020 with 120 gig hard-drive disk - running a motorised dish DM800 +DM600 +DM500 although only usually the 7020 and 800 are both on. | There have been many cases where the 500's are shipped with faulty tuners. And this is one of the side effects. Talk to your DM Reseller (I'm guessing its a clone), also guessing that you have recently received the box and never had it working correctly. | ||

My System: 85cm transparent dish 0.2db lnb titanium wf100 cable dreambox500s technomate 9100 linux Eaglebox UK nds card | check the LNB before the box...i had a similar problem....and it was the LNB in my case | ||

You also need to check the output voltage to the lnb when switched to a horizontal channel | |||
