Diseqc setup for hotbird & nilesat

Hello,

I'm looking for advice on how to setup diseqc configuration for hotbird 13 and nilesat 7 on a dm500s. i have managed to get some of the channels on hotbird to work but there is still alot of channels I can't get or have a weak signal. I cannot get any of the channels on nilesat to work. Its appears the problem is in the diseqc setup within my dreambox dm 500s.

I have a 4 x 1 diseqc switch and running Gemini Project with two sat dishes...one for hotbird (connected to S3) and one for nilesat (connected to S2).

Does anyone know how to set this up....i'm fairly new at this and would welcome any advice. If more info is required please let me know.
