Uploading Digi keys CCcam 2.1.2

Hi just got Dreambox 500s and got picture working etc but trying to upload latest keys for Digi 1 west. Running cccam 2.1.2. Tried using Dreambox control centre and keys seemd to copy across ok(Using Satan key bundle) but 1 west still not clearing.

I read somewhere that cccam 2.1.2 does not work with Digi keys but I just wanted to make sure if this was true or whether i am doing something else wrong. I am happy to read any relevant tutorial but can someone advise which would be the best link to read in respect of uploading keys and whether anyone is also experiencing problems with keys and cccam 2.1.2?

thanks

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Why not install something like Mgcamd?

Keys are working with CCcam 2.1.2 on 5°e CW channels.

But for some reason that no one has explained they do not work on the 1°w DigiTV channels.

You have to go back to CCcam 2.1.1 to get 1°w DigiTV. There is no advantage in installing 2.1.2 so you lose nothing by go back to 2.1.1.

Ok thanks. If I install 2.1.1 does it overwrite 2.1.2 or does it just sit there alongside it and you have to choose which one to use?

You can have them both and select which one from the blue button.
But it would be better to delete it to avoid excessive memory use.
