Dreambox Error

I am trying to setup rqcs on my dreambox and have ran into a problem. When typing rqcs into telenet I am getting a error saying

failed to open sci
logical lower slot disabled
no slots are active

I have double checked the config file and the slots are enabled any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have figured out the problem above but now getting error saying cannot open autoupdate.key.
