Low signal + best setup

I have fixed dish with 2 LNB's
i'm trying to conncet to Hotbird and Astra 19

i have dirct connection with my dish (no splitting), length around 4 meters.

Questions:
1- when i do scan using Dreambox 500s i got only 900 channels BUT, using the cable connecting to Golden interstar, i got 3000 channles?

2- sometimes i see that the SNR = 90%

3- in satallite configruation, which is the best to choose (2 sattlite Disqcs A/B) or 4 sattlite .... etc?

4- how can i make backup of all system before i change any thing (whitch programs i need)?

5- what are the (MUST Have programs) for dreambox.
