I have recently installed Gemini 4.4.0 into my Dbox 7000 With the help of my friend keydember, we got the old box up and running (now currently set on Intelsat 7/10 watching Mul***choi** Af*ica using a legitimately purchased card). I tried connecting the box to Hotbird (re-setting the sat config for Hotbird 13°E and temporarily ignoring Intelsat 7/10) I got it locked into Hotbird, but no channels were opening. I installed cccam 2.0.9 as well as other Emu's (hacksat etc) but nothing is opening...! Can someone advise me what to do/check/try? Many thanks for any help received. | ||

My System: Satellite Dish 1.6m Hotbird 13E, DreamBox 7000S with Gemini 4.5.0; Dish 1.2m Amos 4W, Nokia 9600S; Nokia 9800S; Hauppauge Nexus-S PCI Card  He battled for 3 days against the Tux and won! Hurray!! |

My System: DM 600 PVR with HDD. Gemini 4.50, Moteck SG2100, Fracarro Penta 85 dish, + some puters | There is little to none of what you are looking for opening from that bird at the minute, try the satandream forum, there are a few channels that are open (sometimes), | ||

The cost per channel/day is so low that it is rediculous to waste time looking for ways to open them for free and you will have it on 24/7 for 12 months or 6 months. Consider SOTV Gold and SOTV Diamond, as they claim to have a high quality video and audio and when I tested them few weeks ago they have a bitrate of 2700 kb/s which is good.
