DB 7000 FTP Internet Connection Problems

Hi

I have a 2nd hand DB7000s. I set a static IP 192.168.1.75 with a lan connection to my ADSL router 192.168.1.1.
I can ping the DB 7000s from my lan Laptop ok. But . Cant download anything from to the Db7000 from the Internet .
DB 7000 came with Gemini Platinum. I also cant ftp anything from the DB Control Centre S/W to the DB 7000s. I can change attributes of any file i FTP'd using other FTP S/W . Has anbody any ideas what's going wrong?

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

What about your Firewall rules, which router are you using?
